    The PGBK cartridge is brand new, just opened it and put it in my printer and it’s registering as 1/4 full. Sort of a rip off if you aren’t getting what was promised by the seller. The other ink cartridges register as full.

    Works fine and fits my printer but purple (PB) so I’ll have to order separately. Not a huge deal just inconvenient. And yes yes I should’ve paid closer attention to the description.

    I ordered these cartridges confident that my model number matched the description, to find that there were fewer cartridges in the set than in my computer. I called Amazon support: the tech was mostly unintelligible but seemed to know even less about the problem than I. In between long waits on hold, he decided I should return the cartridges.
    Afterwards, I figured out that these cartridges are fine. This set has fewer cartridges because does not include a color that gets little use. As a first order the full set is actually better for me, but with knowledgeable and intelligible support I would not have done the return.

    I found that the color and quality of print from the E-Z Ink Replacement was excellent! I have not yet been able to compare the longevity, but I am quite happy with what I have found so far, and expect to use this product again when I need to refill
